Who is behind this?

Jake Pearce, the Founder, is an Oxford University trained Human Scientist. He’s worked in market research, advertising and innovation. He became interested in purpose as he realised that there were parallels between how you find corporate purpose/branding and how you do it for individuals. He started doing it for free with friends and family. Over 15 years this evolved into the uuness system.
